ENABLE / DISABLE USB PORT IN WINDOWS

step 1:  press windows  key + r


step 2 : type "regedit" 

step 3: After getting registry follow the sequence 
“HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\USBSTOR”

step 4: after going to usbstor ...right click on start and click modify

step5 : to enable usb port value should be 3
           to disable usb port change value to 4
